As part of the Rocket Footage EP Launch from Philophobia, Sponge Wings played a 30-minute set in cramped conditions at the Inns Of Court in Wakefield.

We went down to see the Rosie Doonan Band at Escobar, supported by The TrouBadors and The Passing Fancy. It was Rosie's birthday so pretty much guaranteed to be a good gig - sod all stage lighting so I did the best I could using the flashgun (which I hate but anyway...). Then off to The Inns Of Court for after-gig beers until about 1am, hurrah!

Met up with old college friends Wayne and Hacker in the Inns of Court, then we went on to Barristers and finally ended up in O'Reilly's snooker club until 1ish. We also realised that Dan looks like a taller version of Malcolm Glazer, the poor ginger git.

Starting out with a pint in O'Donoghues, then off up to Mex Millennium for serious amounts of food and beer. We then wandered off to a few noisy bars before settling in at the Inns of Court and returning to Wrenthorpe, where Joel fell off the floor.
