We got there and found the walls and carpet were the wrong colour, and BT had knackered up the broadband connection - but eventually things started going right and we finished the day with dinner at Wing Wah, the Chinese all-you-can-eat restaurant near Coventry. Yum! Saturday 25 February 2006: Building the stand for the Focus on Imaging show 2006 at Birmingham NEC. Whoever thought of taking a load of geeks to a football museum and stuff when we're in a town which has a great computing museum must have been nuts. We enjoyed ourselves though, dancing, drinking far too much (yay, pints!) and giggling at the 'entertainment' - a bloke who made Norman Wisdom look funny.
