Some bits and bobs from London work, including a couple of a night out in Fulham with friends.

My goodness! I met up for a rather large amount of wine at The Mission in Fulham, with Woody, Steve, Alexx, Alex, Diney and Sassy. A wonderful evening, where I drank way too much in too short a space of time and crashed badly.

Beers in the office, followed by more beers at the Pickled Pelican, followed by a dinner and dance at Barbarellas.

Wandering around London with a Flexiserv box for installation, then a few hours in a machine room - followed by limping to Fulham after I'd smashed the box lugs on my knee. Gah. It was a crap day, 'nuff said.

Mr Woodington's birthday, at which we had some drinks and Mr Dyer got soaked.

Well it started out as a quiet pint, until more and more people turned up - even the guys from CentralNic came out for a few ales. I had to go back up North but not before I'd witnessed the extremely rare event of Erik popping to the pub as well.

I was absolutely desparate for some normality and a quiet drink, so ended up in The Pen drinking Freedom Beer again.

Post-work alcohol with Jerry, Chris, Will, Alex , Craig, Caroline and Anu - followed by Malaysian dinner near Jerry's place in Paddington.

A mad dash around - first a quick half with the CentralNic crew, then up to the Trader for a business beer with Andy Bartolo of Claranet. Then onto Fulham to meet up with Alex! Maybe we can invent a term for this: speed-beering anyone?

Met up with Chris to discuss VoIP stuff, and some of the guys from CentralNic for beers. Than rather unexpectedly, Steve bought us all dinner at a posh Thai restaurant in Fulham. Very yum indeed.

Misbehaving nfs, a late hardware delivery, machine-room conditions and the beginning of flu didn't make for a very nice day sorting out the Fotopic servers in Mailbox Internet, Fulham. I was meant to be finished by 3pm, but it wasn't until 7:30pm that I managed to get away with everything working again.

We all went out for cocktails, then to the Formosa for a Christmas celebration in Fulham. Was a bit of an odd night given various bits of company news during the day, but fun nontheless.

Another day in London with recovery beers at the Pen, but then on to Fulham Broadway for noodles and a film.

It started out as a beer with Jamie and Will, then we disappeared off to Nando's for chicken. I left them both at the tube station, went to see what was on at the pictures, and got accosted by Woody who said 'Come for chicken!' so I ended up having second helpings. Aided alcoholically by Christo, Jenny and JP, of course.

A busy day going to see Steve's new skylight which follows the sun around to reflect it, and then Rachel popped in with her fortnight-old daughter Mia. Finally, to West London for a meeting, silly lights on Carnaby Street, and a couple of pints with Tim before ambling home on the 2130.

Installing the Netras we've just acquired - christened Harmony, Liberty and Mange after the PowerPuff Girls' alter-egos. Oh, and I fixed a hard disk. And then we ate tapas.

The company took us all out for beers and curry at Uddins Manzil on Wandsworth Bridge Road, London. Quite a civilised night, considering the amount of alcohol consumed!

After the excitement of the afternoon, me and Sarah decided that we needed a quick beer at Aragon House in Fulham. Then I got a call from Tim saying him and Mum were in the House of Commons bar - so I wandered over to Westminster to join them.

Miraculously, nobody was hurt - but the car was a total writeoff. Excitement for a Tuesday afternoon in Fulham.

After waiting all day for the counter to tick over, the millionth Fotopic photo happened! We went across to the Pen and bought a couple of bottles of Moet and toasted the success of the site with Neal, Woody, Will, Steve, Jenny and Craig. It's all gone a bit mad, if you ask me.

Sub dropped by for a few beers, so we ended up beering in Fulham at the Pen for a few then heading down to the Indian. Unfortunately, the curry house had closed down, so we tried the Spanish restaurant next door: a fatal mistake, the service was horrendous, the food was really really terrible (my steak was frozen in the centre!) but at least the beer was cold!

We finished the installation job for Fotopic, then pigged out on sushi at Yo! in Fulham. Post-work beers then turned into a bit of a sesh as the power went out on the tube system and there were no taxis, so we went off to the local Mexican restaurant and noshed spicy stuff...
